Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BudgetPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use BudgetPro

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract where you live, to create an account or subscribe. By signing in or subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements. BudgetPro may close an account it learns belongs to someone under 18.

Use of the service

You may use BudgetPro for lawful personal or business budgeting, account tracking, Manual Asset tracking, planning, recurring-bill review, and reporting activities. You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use BudgetPro to violate law or third-party rights.

BudgetPro is a budgeting and recordkeeping tool. It does not hold or move your money, make payments, or cancel bills and third-party subscriptions for you. Forecasts, balances, exchange rates, and reminders depend on available data and do not guarantee a financial outcome.

Your data and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the budgets, planning types, rollover settings, transactions, documents, imports, rules, account information, linked goal funding accounts, debt payoff inputs, recurring schedules, and Manual Asset valuations you add to BudgetPro. You should review imported transactions and AI-generated suggestions before relying on them for financial decisions.

You are also responsible for keeping your Google account, passkeys, exported backups, and connected services secure.

Your content remains yours. You authorize BudgetPro to store and process it as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload or share content you have permission to use, and check who you are sharing your budget with before you share it.

Google sign-in and previous imports

Google sign-in remains available. Gmail search and import have been retired; this version does not request Gmail access. Previously imported documents and derived financial records remain until you delete them separately. Retiring the integration does not revoke an existing Google grant or remove your financial records.

Subscriptions, taxes, and cancellation

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout, coupon codes may be applied in Checkout, and applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Stripe based on the billing details you provide.

Unless stated otherwise in Checkout or required by applicable law, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Check the selected plan, billing currency, monthly or yearly interval, any existing trial terms, and renewal amount before confirming. Manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal available from Plan & billing in Settings; the portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Signing out or uninstalling BudgetPro does not cancel a subscription.

App-provided AI is subject to the allowance and usage limits shown for your plan. Personal API keys are not supported. Contact support about billing errors, refunds, or any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights; these terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

Regional feature availability

BudgetPro supports multi-country budgeting and currencies. EU countries are not available in this product yet. Users in supported countries can use Spending Plan, manual accounts, Manual Assets, statement import, spreadsheet import, receipt import, goals, scenarios, Bills & Recurring, Reports, and exchange-rate workflows.

Brazil uses BRL billing. Current non-EU checkout countries are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, all billed in USD. Other workspace countries can use budgeting features but do not currently appear in the checkout selector.

AI and forecasting disclaimers

BudgetPro may provide AI-assisted extraction, categorization, summaries, or forecasts when those features are enabled. These outputs are provided for convenience, may be incomplete or incorrect, and are not accounting, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

You remain responsible for confirming the accuracy of imported or AI-generated results before acting on them. AI features also depend on the selected provider’s eligibility and data-use rules, including Gemini’s adult-user requirements.

Availability and changes

BudgetPro may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including AI-assisted tools. Feature availability can depend on third-party providers, credentials, region, or deployment configuration.

Copyright complaints

BudgetPro respects copyright. If you believe material stored or shared through BudgetPro infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@budgetproweb.app.

The notice must include your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; the material you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it; your name, address, phone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If we remove or disable material after a notice, we tell the account owner, who may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). BudgetPro closes the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Termination

You may stop using BudgetPro at any time. BudgetPro may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

Account deletion in Settings is irreversible. Export anything you need first. Deletion ends active Stripe subscriptions immediately, without a refund for the rest of the current billing period, before removing app data; if it fails, follow the error guidance, try again, or contact support and check your billing status. Deletion does not remove copies you exported or records retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetPro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, absolute security, or perfect accuracy. BudgetPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Updates to these terms

BudgetPro may update these terms, with the current version and last-updated date shown on this page. Updated terms apply subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law. Contact support if you have questions about a change.
