Net salary in Brazil

Take-home pay for a CLT job in Brazil, with the 2026 INSS and income tax tables, the 13th salary, vacation pay and FGTS.

For a CLT job. Overtime, commissions, alimony and private pension contributions aren't included.

Calculations run in your browser. Device saving and carrying a plan are optional. Inputs go to your BudgetPro workspace only when you approve an import.

A R$6,000 salary: how much can you budget?

With 2026 payroll tables, R$6.000,00 gross pay, no dependents and no other deductions gives R$641,52 INSS and R$385,10 IRRF: R$4.973,38 estimated monthly take-home pay. Use that net amount, rather than the gross salary, when planning bills and savings.

Example calculated with the same CLT payroll model as the calculator above. It assumes one fixed monthly salary. Benefits, variable pay, payroll adjustments and other income can change the result; the estimate is not an annual income-tax return.

Can I spend all of my take-home pay?

Not if some is already committed to bills, debt payments or savings. Enter the balance actually available today, the date of your next salary, and the bills due before it. Keep the 13th salary and vacation pay separate from ordinary monthly income.

Questions

What is the 2026 income tax reduction?

From 2026, Law 15,270/2025 cuts the tax withheld on salaries: up to R$ 5,000 a month there's no income tax, and the cut shrinks until it ends at R$ 7,350.

How are the 13th salary and vacation pay taxed?

Each is taxed on its own, apart from the month's salary. Vacation pay adds a third to the salary for that month.
